Single Membership

$85/Month

For athletes who want a single membership and are not Total Fitness Gym members.

Family Membership

$110/Month

For athletes who want a family membership and are not members of Total Fitness Gym. Family includes two people per membership. Any dependents added on to the account will be $20/month extra per dependent.

On-Ramp Program

$60

New to CrossFit? Start here! Our on-ramp program will introduce you to the world of CrossFit and allow us to better serve you by getting to know your goals, expectations, fitness level, and experience. You will learn about the CrossFit methodology and our expectations of our athletes in a fun, safe and controlled environment. Our on-ramp program will introduce you to the nine fundamental CrossFit movements, Olympic lifts, and multiple accessory movements. Working with a coach, you will learn terminology and technique. These necessary intro sessions will help prepare you for safe entrance into the regular-scheduled group CrossFit classes. On-ramp classes will run every two weeks and will be on Tuesday/Thursday nights from 6:30-7:30 pm (4 classes total). It is mandatory that you are able to attend all 4 classes since each class builds on the previous class.
