CrossFit

Our CrossFit classes are led by a coach and are comprised of a group warm-up, a skill or strength portion, and the Workout of the Day (WOD). The WOD is a time or task oriented activity consisting of multiple exercise modalities that are programmed to challenge your physical fitness capability. The coach is there to demonstrate movements and show modifications, encourage you throughout the workout, and correct your technique as needed. This class is all about community, building relationships with your coaches and other members, and having fun getting fit together. Classes take about an hour from warm-up to cool-down stretching.

CrossFit Class Times:

Monday, Wednesday 6 am; 5:30 pm

Friday 6 am; 4:30 pm

Tuesday & Thursday 6 & 9 am; 5:30 pm

Saturday 10 am

Open Gym

Open gym sessions allow you to come in and work on a specific skill, technique, or do your own training. Hone in on your Olympic weightlifting, practice your gymnastic skills or simply do the WOD! At open gym, a coach will be on staff to supervise/assist you with anything you want to work on!

Open Gym Times:

Monday-Thursday 5-6 am, noon-2 pm, & 4-5:15 pm

Friday 5-6 am & noon-2 pm

Saturday 8:30-9:45 am
